




St. Paul Park is a small community of about 5,000 residents located just minutes away from St. Paul and Minneapolis. As a senior citizen, I moved to St. Paul Park to enjoy the quiet atmosphere that it has to offer. But after moving here, I found out that there is much more to enjoy. The South Washington County Senior Center on East Point Douglas Road is one of my favorite places to visit because it offers activities that I enjoy. The center offers dancing classes, pitching horseshoes, volunteering opportunities and so much more. It certainly helps make my day go by quick.
I also enjoy going to the parks located in St. Paul Park. Abdella Memorial Park on Hastings Avenue is one of my favorites because I like to walk along the paved paths and have a picnic in one of the shelters with some of my friends every once in awhile.
